Kathryn Martin
Chief Legal Officer
Kathryn Martin is the Chief Legal Officer at ClassWallet. In this role, Kathryn leads the company’s legal and compliance strategy, manages commercial contracting and negotiations, and advises on risk, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. She is committed to enabling growth through practical legal guidance and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior to ClassWallet, Kathryn served as Legal Counsel at CyberArk, where she supported global commercial transactions and software licensing agreements. She also held multiple legal roles at insightsoftware, including Interim General Counsel, where she played a key role in corporate transactions and international compliance. Kathryn began her legal career supporting financial institutions in e-discovery and corporate contracting roles, building a strong foundation in operational legal support.
Kathryn holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she focused on intellectual property law and led several student organizations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and History from Heidelberg University. Based in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina, Kathryn is active in her community through nonprofit board service and mock trial mentorship. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, playing video games, and reading.
